Apparence
The Li'l Devil Horns are a plastic headband with horns and a battery compartment behind the wearer's right ear and a smaller compartment between the two horns. The horns are lit up from the inside, making them glow in the dark.
The wearer will also have small gemstones on their face. In Splatoon 2, the placement and appearance of the gemstones change depending on gender: Inkling and Octoling girls have patches of many gems varying in size and color below both eyes, while boys wear two pairs of similarly sized blue gems, one pair below their left eye and the other above their left eyebrow. In Splatoon 3, instead, only the former option is applied to both styles.

How to obtain
The news article through which the gear can be obtained is no longer available for EU players. NA players can still get it for free using the following steps:
- Open the Nouvelles de la Switch application and select the article about Splatoween.
- The article is titled Free Download! Celebrate Splatoween with this spooky in-game gear.
- If the article is not visible, subscribe to Squid Research Lab Report and allow time for the news application to update with Splatoon-related news.
- Select the "Happy Splatoween" button located at the bottom of the article to start Splatoon 2.
- Open the box that appears in the middle of Inkopolis Square.

Bonus
Les cornes de diablotin viennent avec Encrémenteur (sec.) en tant que bonus principal quand elles sont achetées dans un magasin ou commandées via Tipik. Lorsqu'elles sont achetées depuis SplatNet 2, elles viennent avec n'importe quel bonus principal habituellement disponible pour les accessoires. - Open the Nintendo Switch News application and select the article promoting the Wizard vs. Knight vs. Ninja Splatfest, which is titled "Exclusive Splatoween-themed headgear!"
- If the article is not visible, subscribe to Squid Research Lab Bulletin (Splatoon 3) and allow time for the news application to update with Splatoon-related news.
- Select the "Play now" button located at the bottom of the article to start Splatoon 3.
- Access the Lobby Terminal inside the Lobby and click the "Get Stuff" button.
Bonus
Les cornes de diablotin viennent avec Encrémenteur (sec.) en tant que bonus principal. Anecdotes
- The Japanese name refers to sea slugs. As nudibranchs are suggested to exist in the world of Splatoon, Inklings and Octolings may wear the headband in reference to them instead of horned mammals, which are likely extinct.
- Si l'on se fie à leur prix sur SplatNet 2, il peut être déduit que le prix standard des cornes de diablotin serait de 7 700 si elles pouvaient être achetées chez Couvre-Seiche au lieu d'être obtenues dans les Nouvelles de la Switch.
